Terms of Service

The service

OneBiz shows and manages business information — receivables, orders, stock, attendance and field visits — using records synced from the business's accounting software, and can send reminders and documents to the business's customers.

Accounts

• Accounts are created by the business's administrator. Keep your sign-in private; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us promptly if your account or device is lost or misused.
• Administrators decide who can see and do what, and may switch an account or device off at any time.

Acceptable use

• Use OneBiz only for lawful business purposes and for your own business's records.
• Send reminders and documents only to customers and suppliers who have a genuine dealing with the business, and honour a request to stop.
• Do not try to break into, overload, copy or reverse-engineer the service, and do not use it to send spam or misleading messages.
• Follow the rules of the channels used — including WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy.

Your data

The business owns its data. We use it only to provide OneBiz, as described in the Privacy Policy. Figures shown in OneBiz come from the business's accounting records and may be out of date until the next sync. The accounting software remains the official record.

Messages sent for you

When you send or schedule a reminder, you are responsible for its content and for having the right to contact the person. Delivery depends on third parties (such as WhatsApp, mobile operators and mail providers) and cannot be guaranteed.

Availability and changes

We work to keep OneBiz available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, add or remove features, and may suspend access for security, misuse or non-payment where fees apply.

Disclaimer and limits

OneBiz is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by incorrect data entered or synced, third-party outages, or decisions made from reports. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the service in the three months before the claim.

Ending use

You can stop using OneBiz at any time. We can end access if these terms are broken. On ending, the business can ask for its data to be exported and removed as described in the Data Deletion page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Goa have jurisdiction.
