Privacy Policy

OneBiz is a business app operated by Sn Ventures ("we", "us"). It lets a business and its team see receivables, orders, stock, attendance and field visits taken from the business's own accounting records, and send payment reminders to the business's own customers. This policy explains what information OneBiz holds, why, who sees it and how to ask us to change or remove it.
Who this policy covers
- Team members who sign in to OneBiz (owners, finance staff, sales representatives, delivery and attendance users).
- Customers and suppliers of the business whose names and contact details are in the business's accounting records and who receive reminders, order confirmations or receipts from the business.
Information we hold
- Business records synced from the business's accounting software (Tally): ledgers and parties, invoices, receipts, payments, outstanding balances, stock items and voucher details.
- Contact details of customers and suppliers: name, phone and WhatsApp number, e-mail address, address, GSTIN and credit terms, as kept in those records or entered in OneBiz.
- Team accounts: name, e-mail address, role, access permissions, sign-in history and the devices used.
- Attendance and field work: punch times from the business's attendance devices, and — only when a team member checks in, takes an order, records a receipt or opens a visit — the phone's location at that moment.
- Messages sent through OneBiz: the reminder or document sent, the time, the channel (e-mail, WhatsApp, SMS) and whether it was delivered, opened or read.
- Technical information: cookies needed to keep you signed in, push-notification tokens, and server logs.
Why we use it
We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
- To show the business its receivables, orders, stock, reports and team activity.
- To send payment reminders, order and receipt confirmations and statements to the business's customers, on the business's instructions.
- To manage attendance, visits and sales-team targets.
- To keep the service secure, prevent misuse, fix faults and support the business.
WhatsApp, e-mail and SMS messages
Reminders and documents can be sent by WhatsApp through the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta, by e-mail, and by SMS. A message is sent only to a customer or supplier whose contact details the business already holds, about that customer's own account with the business — for example an outstanding bill, a receipt or an order.
If you do not want these messages, tell the business or write to us at the address below and the number or address will be switched off. Replying STOP to a WhatsApp message also works where the message offers it. Meta's own privacy policy applies to messages carried by WhatsApp.
Who we share information with
Only with the services needed to run OneBiz, each under its own terms:
- Cloud hosting and database providers (Vercel and Neon) that store and serve the data.
- Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) to deliver WhatsApp messages and delivery receipts.
- E-mail and SMS delivery providers to send messages.
- Authorities where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep business records for as long as the business uses OneBiz. Accounting records may need to be kept for the period the law requires. When a business stops using OneBiz or asks for removal, we delete or anonymise the personal information we hold, except what we must keep by law.
Security
Access needs a sign-in, permissions limit what each team member sees, connections are encrypted, and secrets are kept outside the code. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your password private and tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
Your choices and rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law you may ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, withdraw consent, have it erased, or complain about how it is handled. Children
OneBiz is a business tool and is not meant for people under 18.
