Data Deletion Instructions

How to ask

• Send an e-mail to info.snventures@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
• Tell us your full name, the business you deal with (or work for), and the phone number or e-mail address that appears in its records, so we can find the right entries.
• If you are a team member, include the e-mail address you sign in with.
• If you are a customer or supplier and only want messages to stop, say so — we can switch off WhatsApp, e-mail or SMS reminders for your number without deleting anything else.

What happens next

• We confirm we have received your request within 3 working days, and may ask you to prove it is you.
• We delete or anonymise your personal information within 30 days: contact details, messages sent, sign-in records, attendance and location records.
• We tell you by e-mail when it is done.

What we may have to keep

Invoices, receipts, ledgers and similar accounting records must be kept for the period the law requires. If your name appears in them, we keep that record but remove it from reminders, contact lists and any other use.

Data held by Meta, WhatsApp and others

Messages carried by WhatsApp, and information you gave Meta directly, are held by Meta under its own policy. You can manage those in your WhatsApp or Facebook settings. Deleting your data from OneBiz does not delete anything Meta holds.
